Should I use a Realtor to Buy My First Home? It's true, any idiot can get a Real Estate license in California.  It may just be the easiest license to get. If you can pay for the classes and pass the test you are golden. There are a few more steps but bottom line is it's not brain surgery! It doesn't even require a college degree.
